High Quality Puppy Food-
We will let you know what food they have been eating and feeding schedule they are currently accustomed to.
Food and Water Bowls -
Stainless steel are best - They are unbreakable like ceramic or glass and do not breed bacteria like plastic.
Wire Crate -
Wire Crates allow your Bulldog to have better ventilation. It is suggested to get one with the adjustable partition that will allow size adjustment as your Bulldog Puppy grows.
Collar and Leash-
Your puppy will go through a range of sizes so we don't advise anything expensive until full grow. We also recommend a Harness over the traditional Collar by 6 months of age for safety and to better facilitate training.
Toys -
generally larger hard rubber toys make the best toys for Bulldogs so they are not swallowed or choked on and they keep agressive chewers busy. Stuffed animals are NOT adviseable- while cute- they will be quickly shredded and pups eaingt the stuffing can be dangerous!
Grooming supplies -
Including brushes, shampoo, nail clippers - See "Grooming" section by breed for more information.
Bulldog Puppy Proofing Your Home!
Indoors
It is suggested to have baby gates to limit the area your puppy may access.
Electrical cords should be put up whenever possible as they are a puppy magnet!
Trash should be out of puppies accessability.
Houseplants are toxic and are puppy magnets as well!
Outdoors
Make sure fencing is secure as puppies will dig under or exploit weak spots.
Keep your yard clean as parasites are particularly bothersome.
Chemical treatments should be kept to a minimum as they are particularly hazardous.
